Frequently Asked Questions
Value Products have two chosen courier Royal Mail and UPS, which are used for all stocked orders. Smaller orders which are under 2kg are shipped with Royal Mail and larger orders which exceed this value are shipped with UPS.
You will be unable to track your order with Royal Mail however, if you contact our customer service team, they will be happy to provide you with an update. You should receive your tracking details from UPS by email however, if you need to make any amendments to the tracking or require further assistance, please contact our customer service team who will contact UPS on your behalf.
Any product which are not stocked and will usually have a delivery lead time, will often be dispatched directly from the manufacturer. It may not always be possible to track these orders.
Please contact our customer service team over the telephone or via email to discuss the possibility of a refund. You will then be asked the reason for your request; the agent will then provide you with further guidance on how we will proceed with your case.
