Fantastic walking robot toy powered by the solar panel on its back, this is a great eco gift and educational toy.
There are lots of things to be learned from building this kit including how to put together a gearbox, how to set up an automatic motor and how to connect up a simple wiring circuit with solar panel, battery, motor and switch.
Illustrated instructions are included and you will need a screwdriver, long nose pliers and an AA battery.
The robot is designed to be solar powered however there is a switch to allow you to select battery operation if you like.
The kit contains over 100 parts and is not suitable for young children. Even for older children, adult help may be needed.
