It is made from 100% natural wool felt, unlike other synthetic felt shades and the hand cut butterfly-like detailing makes this shade a unique and elegant eco design statement. A real EcoCentric favourite.

Using a normal bulb may burn the felt. We recommend using an energy saving light bulb - either a 20 watt (equivalent to 100 watt regular bulb) or a 12 watt (equivalent to 60 watt regular bulb). Now comes with light fitting. The lampshade is for use as a shade and passes all the fire safety standards for use with a low energy bulb. The design allows for it to sit over the fixing for the bulb so it doesn’t need an attachment to the ceiling.
